On the occasion of the 7th \u201cWeek of the Italian Cuisine in the World\u201d<\/strong> (14-20 November 2022) the Italian Embassy will host a panel on “Italian Agri-Innovation for Sustainability”<\/strong>, focusing on the topics of regenerative agriculture and the impact of new agricultural technologies on climate change.<\/p>\n

When: Tuesday 15th November @ 6 pm\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Among the panelists we will host Dr. Nina Wolff<\/strong>, President of Slow Food Germany, as well as experts from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the Future Food Institute <\/strong>of Bologna, the Roma 3 University<\/strong> of Rome and representatives of Italian companies active in the field of regenerative agriculture.<\/p>\n

The panel will also deal with the promotion of the Mediterranean diet and the fight against ‘Italian sounding’ products in the agri-food industry. We are expecting a fruitful exchange on priorities for the European agenda, such as organic farming, climate protection, the promotion of healthy food and innovation for the sake of sustainability.<\/p>\n
